When ordering parts from Flashcraft, there are multiple payment options to make things convenient for you. There are 5 convenient ways to pay:

Credit Card Flashcraft accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We can authorize your payment electronically within minutes if we need to. When we take your order we'll ask you for a) Your name as it appears on the card b) The credit card number c) The expiration date of the card d) Your billing address and e) The verification number for the credit card - this is the 3 digit number at the end of the printed card # on the back of your Visa, MC, or Discover (on the signature line) or the 4 digit # printed (not stamped) on the front of your AMEX card.
PRE-Payment We'll advise you of your parts total as well as shipping & handling charges so you can mail or expedite your payment. Flashcraft does not accept personal checks over $500, and orders paid with personal checks will be held for up to 10 days. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. For larger purchases you'll need a Cashier's check, Bank Check or Money Order.
C.O.D.. No problem, other than we have a limit of $1,000.00 on COD orders. At the time of your order, we'll advise you of the exact total you'll need to have ready for the delivery driver, including shipping, handling, COD fee (8.00) and insurance. That way you'll have a Certified Check, Bank or Postal Money Order all ready & waiting.
Online Purchase You can place your order online, and pay through PayPal’s Secure Server with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or electronic check. Not all products are currently available for purchace via our website, but we can set up your order via e-mail and send you a PayPal request for the total if that is your preference.

Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, we ship via Fed Ex ground. We can also ship via FedEx Express, UPS (costs more), and US Postal Service (mainly only for APO addresses and such). We use a variety of freight companies for large items that will be delivered by truck (such as complete engines). We shop around on these to get you a good deal on freight costs.

Shipping Charges are generally based on Fed Ex rates (ground, express, international, etc.) and are often below retail. Additional charges may apply for other shipping methods.

We charge a flat 2% for handling and insurance on orders under $300, and 1% on orders $300 and more. which is applied to the total of your parts before the addition of shipping charges.

International: Any applicable taxes, levies, duties, and/or other charges associated with international shipments not collected by us prior to shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.

As with any mail order business, our prices are subject to change without notice . . .

Absolutely no parts can be returned without
authorization. Restocking fees may apply.

Returns: All returns must have an RMA number (which you get from us via phone or e-mail), and must be shipped with our RMA label on the box, and our RMA form in the box.

There is no applicable restocking fee for headers, or items returned for exchange. For all other items returned for a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are generally issued via company check. Refunds for items originally paid for via PayPal are generally refunded via PayPal, if possible (based on PayPal's rules). If you request a refund to your credit or debit card (only available if you originally paid for the items using your credit or debit card directly, not through PayPal), there will be an additional fee of 5% to cover the banking fees.
